Aged a minimum of 12 years and inspired by Kinich Ahau, the sun god. The Cinnabar (Cinabrio) mineral was used by Mayans to make red dyes.

Tasting Notes

Aged in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels using the Solera method. Notes of ripe starfruit, caramelized orange peel, sugar cane, plums, toasted oak and pistachios. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in an exceptional cocktail.
