Sotol is made from wild-harvested sotol plants (also known as Dasylirion) found in the region of Chihuahua, Coahuila.

The aroma and taste of Guerra Seca Sotol express the history of sotol and the north of Mexico on every single bottle. A war against the climate, persecution and prohibition has forged this ancient, strong and elegant drink. Made with wild sotol plant, also known as sereque, maintaining its artisanal process and with double clay-lined distillation.
